  • General Description
KPH-F2004 is a straight phenol novolac resin and supplied in flake form. It is used in epoxy
resin hardner for high Tg CCLs. KPH-F2004 has high heat resistance and good chemical
resistance properties. Also resin is under control, has low ion and monomer contents.
